Delete your SiamKeys account

You can delete your SiamKeys account and all data we store on our server at any time. Using the app as a guest stores data only on your device, so there is nothing to delete on our server.

Option 1: in the app

1. Open SiamKeys and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is removed right away, together with the data below.

Option 2: by email

If you can no longer open the app, email playsiamkeys@gmail.com with the subject Delete my SiamKeys account, from the email address you use to sign in with Google. We will delete your account and confirm by reply within 30 days.

What is deleted

• your account and sign-in record (name and email address from Google)
• your progress, level, badges, lesson statistics and settings saved on our server
• your leaderboard nickname and scores

What is kept

Nothing that identifies you stays on our server. Data stored on your own device stays until you clear the app's data or uninstall the app. Ad providers such as Google AdMob handle advertising data under their own policies (see our Privacy Policy).
